I am an Associate Professor of Economics at Gebze Technical University. I received my PhD in Economics from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at University College London (UCL) from 2022 to 2025.
My research focuses on multi-regional computable general equilibrium (CGE) modeling, specifically evaluating regional policies concerning transportation, energy, and the environment. My recent work also encompasses integrated agricultural systems modeling, aimed at optimizing regional and national agricultural output under various resource and climate constraints.
